Noticing Your Experiences
Our focus this week will be on refining our ability to notice. What state are you in? What are you sensing in your body? How do you relate to the space around you? How do you experience awe? This creates a powerful foundation for you to notice more nuanced experiences in the weeks to come!
Acknowledging Agenda's
The sooner we recognize how you get in your own way by trying to fix, or wanting things to be different, the easier it becomes to do the deeper work. This week you'll take the time to get to know any patterns that, even with good intentions, might be creating conflict within you.
Getting To Know The Layers At Play
At this point, you're ready to shine the light on your patterns. Where are you showing up in your gifts and where are you showing up in survival? We'll take the time to map out those rooted in survival, discover the different threads involve, and reveal what's at the core of why you do what you do. You'll discover how to explore your patterns in subtle, yet powerful ways that will guide you to creating real shifts and transformations.
Deepening Your Sense Of Self
This week you'll be exploring how you show up in life. How clear are your yes's and no's? How much space do you comfortably take up? How do you respond when you're navigating the relational field? By learning more about early attachment, the ways you protect or leave yourself, you'll discover ways to explore and support these developmental dynamics.
Exploring Timelines and Ancestral Impacts
Often your experiences are so much bigger than the present moment. The way you show up has been heavily influenced by your past - this lifetime and other lifetimes, our cultural and societal conditioning, and intergenerational trauma. This week you'll discover how creating space for the bigger picture creates a whole new way to work with your patterns.
Working With Shame And Blame
This weeks topics often runs deep not only in our life, but often generationally. The more you recognize how we play into the victim, perpetrator, and savour dynamics, and reveal and heal the layers at play, the easier it becomes to support yourself in these massive pieces, allowing you to discover what else is possible when it comes the healthy experiences of taking responsibility, shame, and forgiveness.
Putting Emphasis On Coherence
This topic will be woven into all that you explore, but this week you'll be putting extra attention on attuning to coherence. The frequency of it. The experience of it. And how impactful it is when it comes to supporting that which is lacking coherence and organization. You'll be using the viscera and physical body, as well as the energy bodies to guide us.
Remembering Wholeness And Interconnectedness
To wrap up, you'll be deepening into your awareness of your and everyone else's inherent wholeness. You'll explore separateness and togetherness, and what's possible when we remember that we are nature. From this place you can circle back to any of the teachings you've explored during our time together with deeper awareness and awe of your human experience as you continue to pause, notice, and support yourself in rewiring and remembering.
