Rewire
outdated
patterns.
Remember
the gifts of
being human.
There is so much available in the experience of being human.
Curiosity. Creativity. Connection. Expression. Beauty. Grief. Anger. Courage. Play. Aliveness.
And there are the patterns shaped by our history, conditioning, trauma, and the ways we learned to survive that can limit what we’re able to experience.
My work is an invitation to explore all of it.
To get curious about the many layers at play, rewire the outdated patterns that keep us living within what’s familiar, and discover what’s truly possible through this human experience.
THERE CAN BE MORE THAN ONE REALITY AT PLAY.
You can know you’re safe and still feel your body brace.
You can want to speak and find yourself going quiet.
You can deeply love someone and also experience rage.
You can want to be seen and feel yourself wanting to disappear the moment someone really sees you.
You can be excited about an opportunity and terrified of what might happen if you actually take it.
None of these experiences have to cancel out the others.
We are layered beings, experiencing our present-day reality and our histories at the same time.
Our physiology. Our emotions. Our beliefs. Our protective patterns. Our impulses. Our conditioning. Our wisdom.
Different parts of our experience can know different things at the same time.
Rather than deciding which one is right, which one is more evolved, or which one needs to change, we can become curious about all of them.
And from that curiosity, we can begin to discover what’s still stuck in survival and what might be ready to transform.
KNOWING IS PART OF THE EXPERIENCE. NOT THE WHOLE OF IT.
You may already know a lot about yourself.
You’ve reflected on your history. You recognize your patterns. You may understand your attachment style, have done parts work, know about your trauma, understand the nervous system, and have a list of somatic practices you use to support yourself.
That knowledge matters.
And there is another kind of knowing that becomes available when we slow things down enough to experience what’s actually happening at a physiological level.
What happens in your body when you:
- move toward the thing you want?
- say no?
- take up space?
- disappoint someone?
- feel angry, joyful, powerful, uncertain, or visible?
And what if some of your patterns are organized around an anticipated consequence?
If I speak up, they might not agree with me and I won’t belong anymore.
If I say no, I’ll be punished.
If I take the lead and make a mistake, I’ll be outcast.
These aren’t simply beliefs you need to think your way out of. They are patterns that were wired through past experiences and the ways you learned to survive.
This is where we get curious.
We notice what’s happening. We explore the layers at play. We acknowledge the agendas that can create internal conflict, including the ways we try to fix, change, or get rid of what’s stuck in survival.
And we practice becoming our own empathic witness, creating more capacity to hold the many realities that can exist within us without making any of them wrong.
From here, what was once incomplete has the opportunity to complete. Stuck survival energy can reorganize. The anticipated consequences that have shaped what feels possible begin to change.
And more becomes available.
More freedom to express yourself and take up space - even if it involves making mistakes. More capacity to experience connection, creativity, grief, anger, joy, uncertainty, and everything else that comes with being human. And more trust in your ability to meet whatever you discover along the way!
The Five Gateways to Rewire and Remember
Noticing what you’re experiencing
Deepen your awareness and understanding of yourself by noticing, getting curious, and supporting what’s happening experientially. Let this guide you.
Exploring the layers at play
Become clearer on what’s influencing your experience by discovering and untangling why your patterns exist and how they unfold. This is where old patterning begins to rewire, and new possibilities emerge.
Acknowledging agenda based patterns
Notice and acknowledge the agenda based patterns that get in the way. Discover how they keep you in conflict with yourself.
Becoming the empathic witness
Meet the layers at play with empathy, grace, and from a place of coherence and wholeness. Support what’s fragmented and stuck to transform in a more intuitive way. Remember your gifts and your essence.
Transforming what’s incomplete
Support the trauma and burdens you carry by reorganizing incomplete survival energy. Rewire the way your nervous system has been programmed, and experience more capacity for all that life brings.
A great place to begin is by getting curious about your agenda based patterns. It’s often surprising how much they can influence your ability to rewire and remember!
Get out of your own way!
In this workshop, you’ll explore the ways you’re actually keeping yourself stuck. And discover new ways to support yourself that allow things to actually transform!

My approach is experiential, bottom-up, and layered.
Chances are, you're tired of telling your stories and trying to figure things out. There’s another way. One that creates change at a cellular level.
It all comes down to being with your experiences, and understanding, exploring, and supporting the layers at play through the guidance of your body, and the parts of you that are stuck perceiving that past threats still exist.
As this begins to happen, you start to see the patterns you find yourself in more clearly, and the ways your nervous system has been wired for survival.
You begin listening to your stress physiology.
Bringing curiosity to how your patterns unfold and why they exist.
Recognizing the ways you try to change or move out of what you’re experiencing.
And supporting what’s incomplete.
The survival energy still present in your system.
The trauma and burdens you carry.
The imprints across different timelines, and at times, ancestral lines.
All of this is explored as you become more of an empathic witness to your experience, supported through coherence.
Alongside this, there is also space for your gifts, and for the awe of being human, as part of what begins to be remembered.
As you explore in this way, things begin to reorganize.
A greater sense of coherence begins to emerge, along with more capacity for what you’re experiencing and moving through.
I’m on this journey with you, continuing to explore and move out of survival and into my gifts.
I’ve been immersed in body-based approaches focused on rewiring and remembering for over 15 years, beginning with my Feldenkrais® training in 2008. I’m in constant awe of what becomes possible as I deepen both my personal practice and the way I guide others.
What I’ve found is that change doesn’t come from trying to fix ourselves, but from learning how to create space and be with what we’re experiencing. From here, real shifts happen.
I teach and guide rewiring and remembering in a way that’s experiential and layered, supporting you in deepening your own practice and how you experience yourself and your life. I work intuitively, with ongoing curiosity and a deep respect for the human experience.
I’m a Somatic Experiencing® (SEP) and Feldenkrais® Practitioner, with training in IFS, SSP, and other somatic-based approaches, alongside a deep connection to the more intuitive and unseen layers.
