Life is meant to be lived. And yet most people are moving through life in states of survival, existing in fear, anxiety, overwhelm, or shutdown. We’ve lost touch with our essence, our gifts, ourselves, and each other.

What’s powerful is that people like you are beginning to see this. You’re noticing the patterns, the conditioning, and the burdens that have shaped how you show up, and exploring what else is possible.

The journey can be frustrating and exhausting, especially when you still find yourself repeating old patterns, even when you know better. And with all the practices, therapy, and courses you’ve done, you thought things would be different by now.

This is where a different approach becomes important. One that’s experiential, bottom-up, and layered, and supports you in noticing what you’re experiencing and exploring the layers at play in a way that allows real shifts to happen.

The Container

Rewire and Remember is an intimate 8-week offering where we explore and transform the patterns that keep you stuck in survival, so you have more capacity for your experiences, deepen into your gifts, access more of your creativity, and feel more connected to life.

Each week, you’ll join me in a small group setting for teachings, experiential practices, and guided explorations based on the Five Gateways to Rewiring and Remembering. What you’ll be learning in this container goes beyond gaining new information or tools to use when things feel difficult. You'll be discovering new, more expansive ways to be with life. 

This is not another online program that you’ll sign up for and not complete. All the teachings happen during our time together, so there’s no extra pressure of getting through content. It’s more about being in the explorations, insights, and integrations throughout the weeks.

This is where you create change in the ways you relate to the ways you show up, and where the patterns you’ve been trying to change are actually supported at their root.

You’re also exploring alongside others who are in similar places, which brings a sense of relatability and connection, and allows you to see your patterns more clearly in real time.

I’ll be there with you each week, guiding the explorations, supporting what arises, and working with what’s in the room.

As you practice what you're learning, it begins to show up in how you experience yourself and others. You feel a sense of spaciousness, more agency, choice, and clarity. You're not ruled by your survival patterns. You relate to yourself and others with more grace and empathy. And you have a deeper awareness of what it means to be human.

This is the gift of rewiring and remembering.

The Journey

Each week we meet for 2 hours and explore teachings and experiential practices rooted in the Five Gateways of Rewiring and Remembering. As we move through the 8 weeks, we build on what you’ve learned, deepening into the practices and integrating them into your life.

Week 1 - Noticing Your Experiences

In this first week, we focus on refining your ability to notice. What state are you in? What are you sensing in your body? How do you relate to the space around you? How do you experience awe? As this deepens, you begin to pick up on things you haven’t been consciously aware of before, even in familiar moments. This creates a powerful foundation for you to become aware of more nuanced experiences in the weeks to come.

Week 2 - Acknowledging Agendas

The sooner you recognize how you get in your own way by trying to fix or wanting things to be different, the easier it becomes to do the deeper work. This week, you’ll begin to notice the patterns that, even with good intentions, create conflict within you, and develop a clearer understanding of the difference between working bottom up and top down.

Week 3 - Getting To Know The Layers At Play

At this point, you're ready to look more closely at your patterns. Where are you showing up in your gifts and where are you showing up in survival? We'll take the time to inquire into how your patterns unfold, untangle the different threads involved, and reveal what's at the core of why you do what you do. You'll discover how to explore your patterns in subtle, yet powerful ways that will guide you to discovering new choice points, and creating real shifts and transformations in the ways you show up. 

Week 4 - Deepening Your Sense Of Self

This week, you’ll explore how you show up in life and in relationship. How clear are your yes’s and no’s? How much space do you comfortably take up? How do you respond when navigating the relational field? By learning more about early attachment and the ways you protect or leave yourself, you’ll discover ways to explore and support these patterns.

Week 5- Exploring Timelines and Ancestral Impacts

Often, your experience is shaped by more than the present moment. The way you show up is influenced by your past, your lineage, cultural and societal conditioning, and intergenerational trauma. This week, you’ll explore how creating space for the bigger picture opens up a new way of working with your patterns.

Week 6 - Working With Shame And Blame

This week, we explore your relationship with shame and blame, both personally and within broader cultural and ancestral dynamics. As you begin to recognize how these patterns show up, including dynamics like victim, perpetrator, and saviour, new ways of relating to them become available. This creates space for more supportive experiences of responsibility, repair, and forgiveness.

Week 7 - Putting Emphasis On Coherence

This topic will be woven into all that you explore, but this week you'll be putting extra attention on attuning to coherence. The frequency of it. The experience of it. And how impactful it is in supporting what lacks coherence and organization. You'll be using the viscera and physical body, as well as the energy bodies, to guide you.

Week 8 - Remembering Wholeness And Interconnectedness

To wrap up, you’ll deepen your awareness of your own and others’ inherent wholeness. You’ll explore separateness and togetherness, and what becomes possible as you remember your connection to nature and to life itself. From here, you can return to any of the teachings with a deeper sense of awareness, presence, and awe for your human experience.

I will be hosting this at my house in Comox allowing us to have the option to explore on the beach or in the woods if weather allows. Space will be limited to 6 people.

HI,
I'M NICOLE.

I’m on this journey with you, continuing to explore and move out of survival and into my gifts.

I’ve been immersed in body-based approaches focused on rewiring and remembering for over 15 years, beginning with my Feldenkrais® training in 2008. I’m in constant awe of what becomes possible as I deepen both my personal practice and the way I guide others.

What I’ve found is that change doesn’t come from trying to fix ourselves, but from learning how to create space and be with what we’re experiencing. From here, real shifts happen.

I teach and guide rewiring and remembering in a way that’s experiential and layered, supporting you in deepening your own practice and how you experience yourself and your life. I work intuitively, with ongoing curiosity and a deep respect for the human experience.

I’m a Somatic Experiencing® (SEP) and Feldenkrais® Practitioner, with training in IFS, SSP, and other somatic-based approaches, alongside a deep connection to the more intuitive and unseen layers.
