GROUP SESSIONS

Every month we will have a group session where each of you will have the opportunity to do a mini 15 minute session PLUS get to explore the power of holding space and intention for the others in the group. 

Calls will be at the end of each month on a Sunday morning at10amPST or Monday evening at 4pmPST. The length of the call will depend on how many people are on that call. 

Click here to book in for you monthly session. Choose EXPAND Group Session and pick the date that fits best for your schedule. Please note that you may be asked to move to the other time slot depending on how many people are signed up for each time.

Our next Group Session will be either Sunday March 29th at 10amPST or Monday March 30th at 4pmPST.

TIPS

HOW TO MOST BENEFIT FROM THESE SESSIONS

Even though your time in the "seat" is only 15 minutes, so much more can come out of these sessions! 

15 minutes is a perfect amount of time to "ride a wave" (you'll learn more about this in Module #1). What's great about this is there isn't really time to go into "story" and instead you'll have time to explore what's live and well in your experience. For example, it might be that being on the group call is quite activating for you. There's a response there that is WELL worth exploring and supporting! 

When you're not in the "seat" you get to benefit from not only the power of intention (see below) but you might also have the opportunity to support yourself through your own little waves. 

At the end of each call we will do a little debrief and check in with everyone before hanging up. 


POWER OF INTENTION

There have been many studies done in the power of intention. And here's what's fascinating. Not only does the person who people are "holding space" for receiving benefits, but so do those doing the "holding"! 

Here are some tips on how to "hold the space".

  • "I AM HERE" can be huge. I am here WITH you. Not on your phone, or reading emails, or in your head (past/future). But HERE with whomever is in session. Think of those times when you're holding a baby (if your'e comfortable holding a baby!) or giving an animal some love. It's that kind of vibe that's important. 
  • Imagine the person who's in session in their optimum. Sense as if they are already in their truth. See them as whole. This is HUGE. And SO powerful. 
  • Be careful not to be "pulled" into their experience. We call this merging. If you find that you're "in it" with them, pause and bring yourself back. Our hopes are to be joining them in the experience without merging or disconnecting. (This is bound to happen! It's a good learning experience and I will do my best to call out if I notice people merging.) 
  • Now. I get that this can be hard to hold space like this for a long time! If you need to take a pause, listen to that impulse! Especially do so if you find yourself getting triggered, or struggling feel free to turn down the volume, turn your camera off and step away for a moment. 

GROUP SESSIONS WITH ZOOM

When we are on our call, we will all be able to see one another. If you need to move around or have distractions I ask that you turn your camera off. 

Audio will be turned off unless it's your turn.

We will review all of this together when we are on a call together! 

Please note that if you are late you will be prompted to wait in the "waiting room" until it's appropriate to "let you in".
