WHAT'S NEXT?

I invite you to reflect back to earlier content. Look back at what it was you discovered while Self-Reflecting and what you took notes on in your 1:1 "Where Am I At...". Can you remember what it felt like to be you back then!? Noticing where you came from, where you are now and what you feel yourself moving into!

You now have a MASSIVE toolbox to support you as you continue on your journey. I encourage you to continue to re-visit the content, as it's quite possible that you'll hear it and take it all in in a different way each time. The layers are endless! 

The COMMUNITY PAGE will continue to stay active, so please feel free to ask questions and share what's going on for you as you carry on in your explorations. Remember. We're all in this together in our own unique ways. Always connected! 

The DISCOVER COMMUNITY is also there for you to join and become involved in. A perfect way to be connected with others who are exploring just like you!

Through DISCOVER there will be monthly Q&A's. So keep your questions coming! 

I am also available for hour long 1:1 sessions if you would like to continue to get some more specific support to reveal some of the layers that not be obvious to you on your own. Just book yourself in! 

I will also continue to offer Group Sessions! I will send out an email to get a feel on how many of you are interested in this, and how often. As long as I have 3 or more people interested, this will go ahead. Groups will be no larger than 6 to keep calls around 2 hours long (leaving room for a bit of conversation, questions and shares).
